FINGER WHEEL RAKE

Finger Wheel rake is a hanged type agricultural tool used to spread, to turn upside down and to collect mowed crop. This tool has four star shaped gears with sharply pointed teeth.

Finger Wheel rake with star shaped gear is consist of flexible fingers made up of spring steel and shaped by twisting from both ends, bolted to a disc at center of a ring after having passed through. Each gear contains 40 flexible fingers. End of fingers are left open in order to perform their raking function. Thus; spreading, turning upside down and collecting crop realize in order. Gears are connected gradually from front to back but in different axis, in a form completing working width of each other.

There are two batteries and 3-points linkage system on main frame. Each battery includes two star shaped gears. Gears are working in relation with each other.

By modifying gear frames and connection manners to main body, it is possible to collect grass in one row, in two rows, to spread or to transport.
